PRICING OPTIONS
Our pricing breaks down into either a per diem cost per project or a retainer agreement for continuous content.
PER DIEM
Costs are quoted for a single project or campaign. Common line items include production and post-production labor, equipment kits, music licensing, copyrights, physical or digital delivery, meals, mileage, tolls, and rush fees for immediate deadlines. It’s always helpful to know your budget and scope so we can scale production to match it.
RETAINER
A three (5% off), six (10% off), twelve (15% off), or twenty-four month (20% off) agreement for daily, weekly, or monthly content creation and delivery. Our service options are shaped to fit your needs and include any single or combination of the media services we offer. A retainer is a great choice for social media, episodic series, website infrastructure, or any need for constant content.
PRODUCTION CREW PACKAGES
Our production crew options include filmmakers, cinematographers, sound mixers and more for both video and film crews. Below are our most common production package examples, but customization is always available for your specific scope. Pre-production and post-production services are not included in these capture-only starter packages.
Cinematographer (1-person)
An all-in-one cinematographer for productions with minimal lighting and audio needs to capture events, moments, highlights, and/or drone service. Other 1-person services include audio podcasting, post-production video editing, and photography.
CINEMATOGRAPHER w/ Assistant (2-person)
This cinematographer is accompanied by a production assistant for additional camera support, pro lighting, and pro audio to serve as a compact 2-person crew for elevated cinematic solutions.
VIDEO CREW (4-person)
This expert team of specialized audio and visual personnel includes a director of photography (cinematographer), gaffer (lighting) or second camera operator, sound mixer, and also a production assistant.
FILM CREW (10-person)
A film crew is used for large scale digital films, narrative shorts, and high-end commercial videos. This package includes a creative director, creative producer, director of photography, camera operator, gaffer (lighting), grip, sound mixer, HMU (hair & makeup artist), and two production assistants.
SUPPORT CREW
A support crew helps an outside cinematographer fill their immediate crew needs and can include the roles of assistant camera, gaffer, grip, sound mixer, and/or production assistant.

Pre-production, Teleprompter, GoPro, Drone, Director’s Monitor, Gimbal, Dolly, Slider, Portable Green Screen, Various Backdrops, Still Photographer, Voice-Over Artist, Captions, RAW Footage, Distribution
POST-PRODUCTION
This is calculated by the number of production days, the nature of the footage (highlights vs interviews/scripted vs unscripted), and the amount of deliverables. We also include or specialize in post-production finishing (color correction, color grade, sound design, sound mix).
